HR / Recruitment Services - EOI

In the frame of incoming elections, UNDP Pakistan is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring the services of firm(s) for the recruitment of short-term staff and disbursement of funds.

The recruited staff will work at District level for developing training plans and managing its implementation. The firm is to manage the recruitment process, HR matters and subsequent of salaries and related funds.

It should be noted that UNDP is not obliged to invite to participate in the subsequent bidding process any particular organization who had expressed Expression of Interest in this project.

The bidding document will only be sent to pre-qualified organizations.

Interested potential organizations should forward their Expression of Interest including the documentation:

• Profile of the organization (size, number of employees, registration certificates, etc)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience of working in the field, with contactable references.
• Organizational capacity of recruitment at large scale.
• Organizational Capacity to manage HR matters related to staff in large number.
• Organizational capacity to manage the disbursement of salaries and funds at large scale.
• Brief detail of relevant projects completed.
• Audited reports of the last two demonstrating the financial soundness of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake recruitment and HR work in Pakistan.

Invitations to bid and any contracts will be issued in accordance with UNDP rules and regulations.

Interested potential organizations should forward their Expression of Interest by 23rd July, 2007 at 17:00 hrs Pakistan time, with the relevant documentation addressed to:
