Pre-Qualification  Heavy Earth Moving Machinery

Applications are invited for Pre-qualification from Manufacturers & Sole Distributors of Heavy and Earth Moving Machinery including Crane, Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Prime Mover, Bitumen Dispensing Pneumatic Roller etc.

The application should include:

a) Complete details of equipments for which the firms is the sole distributor / manufacturer.

b) Number of units sold by the firm in Pakistan

c) Detail of spare 3-S workshop meeting the standards of manufacturers.

d) Detail of spare parts available

e) Certificate from manufacturer that the firm is sole distributor of the equipment in Pakistan, one time Authorization for entering into pre-qualification process by the manufacturer will not be entertained.

f) Certificate from manufacturer that after sales service will be provided for a period of at latest 5 years.

g) Relevant experience, past performance certificate for a period not less than 03 years.

h) Capabilities with respect to personal, equipment and plant.

i) Financial position.

j) Appropriate managerial capability

k) Detail of Sales Tax / Income Tax Registration

l) The applications for pre-qualification will be received & opened on July 26, 2007.

m) The applications will be scrutinized by high level committee appointed by CDA Board

n) The firms will be intimated of the result within seven days of receipt of final decision by the Committee

o) No application shall be entertained after July 26, 2007.
