HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANCY

Pakistan Software Export Board is the Government agency mandated to promote the Pakistan IT industry. To effectively support the local IT industry and to remain abreast of the ever changing IT environment, human resource development of IT professionals is vital.

PSEB requires the services of a well-established and reputed human resource consultancy firms to conduct culture and competency  assessment of the management, to identify competencies for current and further programs. Detailed Terms of Reference are available at http://www.pseb.org.pk/tors

The applicants firms must have prior experience of conducting such assessments involving study of behavioral practices, mindest and attitudes and suggesting areas and recommendations for both culture and competency development.

Complete proposals from interested parties must reach the undersigned not later than July 28, 2007.
