EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ISLAMIC INVESTMENT BANK LIMITED (IIBL)

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) seeks to invite expression of interest for the rehabilitation of IIBL. IIBL is a Non-Banking  Finance Company (NBFC) with branches in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan, Mingora and Hangu.

The interested party should be a company or a group with an established and documented track record of at least 7 years in business; preferably in the financial sector. Expressions of interest should include a detailed profile of the interested party along with audited financial statements for the past 3 years.
