FOR LEGAL DRAFTSMAN

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and dedicated professional from Government/ Private Sector for the position of Draftsman at the CBR Islamabad on contract for a period of one year on the following terms.

i) Remunneration: @ Rs. 50,000/- (per month all inclusive), if on full time basis or Rs. 20,000/- on part time basis, two hours a day.

ii) Qualification: LL.B or LL.M

iii) Experience: Minimum 4 years in Drafting, vetting of legal documents, Ordinance notifications, bills legal and constitutional questions arising out of cases.

iv) Skills and attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly pro-active and self disciplined.

v) Age Limit: Maximum 60 years

vi) Nature of duties will include in house vetting of agreement, contracts notifications and changes in the provisions of law and advice in general matter of legal drafting. He will report to the Member (Legal), directly.
