Request for Proposals (RFP) National Capacity Self. Assessment Report and Action Plan

Ministry of Environment and United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) has initiated the project "National Capacity Self Assessment for Global Environment Management in Pakistan " referred to as NCSA. The project is being funded by Global Environment Facility (GEF) and implemented through Ministry of Environment , Government of Pakistan. The NCSA project intends to ascertain National Capacity Needs, Constraints and Priorities for Implementation of Conventions on Climate Change, Desertification and Biodiversity through qualified Consultancy  Firms / NGOs with proven thematic record in Environment related fields. Deadline for submitting proposals is 06 August 2007 at 1300hrs, TORs of study and other details can be found in RFP documents, which can be downloaded from UNDP Website given below:
