Open auction of the HBL  owned building known as 'Ex-HBL Dadyal Branch and Zonal Office' will be held on Thursday 26th July 2007, at 12:30 pm at the following:

Dadyal Hamlet, Opposite Girls College,

Dadyal District, Mirpur-A.K.

Terms and conditions:

1. The above mentioned building will be sold on 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis with vacant possession.
2. Participants of auction process will have to deposit Pay Order favoring HBL of Rs. 600,000/- as token money, before starting the auction process.
3. The successful bidder shall deposit the balance amount of the offered price with the bank within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the offer by the bank, falling which bid money shall be forfeited.
4. The stamp duty, registration charges, legal documentation fee and any taxes etc. shall be borne/payable by the successful bidder.
5. The transfer of property shall be made on receipt of full and final payment and other dues, charges etc.
6. The bank shall refund / return  the Pay Order to the successful bidder without any interests /  profit / compensation on the same day.
7. The bank reserves the right to accept / reject any offer without assigning reason.
