Invitation to Offers

Construction of Three Star Hotels in Hassan abdal and Lahore

1. In lieu of grant of lease hold rights for 50 years, extendable, offers are invited to build and operate a Three Star Hotel comprising 200 rooms with standard facilities by firms dealing with Hotel industry on following prime ET properties.

Location:

a. Panja Sahib, Hassan Abdal

b. Maulana Ahmed Ali Khan Road, Lahore (also known as Roti Plant)

Area: 6.58 Kanals, 8.38 Kanals

2. The bidding firm may design the Hotel according to its own requirement or follow the design available with ETPB, with modification, if required. Cost of construction, operation and maintenance of Hotel will be borne by the firm.

3. The weight age of written bids/offers would be the length of time after which annual lease money would become payable to ETPB and the amount thereof.

4. The Board reserves the right to settle the Lease Hold Rights on any party which is prepared to top the highest bid if otherwise considered qualified, to its sole discretion.

5. Architectural Drawings, Terms and Conditions may be obtained from the undersigned on submission of Bank Draft for Rs. 10,000/- in favour of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore, which would be non refundable. The offers should reach the undersigned by 11:00 a.m., on 31st August, 2007, which will be opened on same day at 11:30 a.m.

Offers received after specified time and date will not be entertained.
