For Construction of

Modular pre- Fabricated / High Interior Finished Steel Structure Building & Textile Structures

in Islamabad.

Capital Development Authority intends to construct Various Types of Modular Pre-Fabricated / High Interior Finished steel Structure Building & Textile Structures In Various sectors of Islamabad.

Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors for the construction of these structures having experience of carrying out similar nature of jobs successfully. The interest Contractors are required to  to submit their applications along with the following information:

1. Name of the firms and full address giving telephone / Fax number and email address etc.

2. Type of firm such as partnership, Pvt Limited Company or joint Ventures Company.

3. Certificate of Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.

4. List of permanent professional Staff for Construction along with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience.

5. List of similar works complete during last five years and similar works in hand including total cost of the projects.

6. A certificate / Affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Govt./ Authority and is not involved in litigation with any Govt. Department / Autonomous Body / C.D.A.

7. List of Tools and Plants, with its present location.

8. Certificate of Satisfactory Performance of Completed / on going works from respective client.

9. Registration Number with Income Tax Department.

10. Certificate from the Bank showing Financial worth of the Contractor to be directly address to the Undersigned.

11. Audited financial statement for the last three years.

The Applications complete in all respects should reach the Director Project Management Capital Development Authority at the following address latest by 10th August 2007. The sealed envelope must contain title "Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Pre-Fabricated Buildings". The capital Development Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason what so ever.
