Invitation for Financial & Technical Proposal Regarding Engineering Management Consultancy (Road Tunnel Projects in AJ&K)

Engineering Consultancy Firm(s) registered with Pakistan Engineering council in relevant field are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals, for Management consultancy services of five No road tunnel Projects in AJK. The Firm(s) must have in house capability, qualification and proven experience for managing feasibility study, Design and construction of Modern road Tunnels. The Consultant shall be responsible for cost, quality and time of the Projects. Detail TOR may be obtained from the office of undersigned or can be transmitted electronically on specific written request by mail or fax. The firms, who have already applied for said job, need not to apply again. Applications completed in all respects should reach the undersigned on or before, 10-08-2007 at the address given below.
