Ministry of Commerce intends to hire the services of a Lawyer / Law Firm with the following qualifications to scrutinize the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&AoA) of Trade  Organizations in the light of provisions of trade Organizations Ordinance 2007, Trade Organizations Rules 2007 and Companies Ordinance 1984.

• Must be a licensed legal practitioner of the Bar Association:
• Minimum of 15-20 years experience in handling corporate cases:
• The firm / lawyer must not be on the advisory panel of any of the trade organizations:
• Must be willing to work for 2-3 days in a week at Directorate General of Trade Organizations;

The remuneration will be paid on per (M&AoA) basis. The number of cases to be scrutinized shall be determined by the Ministry of Commerce.

Please submit your applications to the undersigned latest by August 05th, 2007 indicating the minimum acceptable remuneration per (M&AoA) and the time required to accomplish the job. All the short-listed applicants shall be called for interview in Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad. No TA / DA shall be paid for interview.
