Prequalification of consultancy Firms

Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) invites applications for prequalification of consultancy firms for the following.

a. Detailed Master Planning of University land about 1500 acres.

b. Designing of various Buildings of the University

Consulting firms having experience of the similar work are requested to submit the following information/details along with verifiable documentary proofs:-

(1) Full name of firm along with address of its Head Office and branches with Phone/Fax No. Email and Address etc. (2) In case of joint venture an MOU between the parties on stamp papers would be required. (3) Name of proprietor / partner / Directors along with qualifications and experiences. (4) National Tax Number (NTN) along with a copy of last three income Tax Returns etc. (5) Proof of financial standing Bank Account Statement of the last financial years. (6) List of permanent technical employees including their qualifications and designations. (7) Names and Qualifications of lead architects and technical personnel to work on the project. (8) Details of similar works undertaken in last 6 years and works in hand, the name and contract value, date of starting and completion etc. (9) Details of the give best projects in terms of design/planning quality undertaken in last 10 years along with the name and contract value, date of starting and completion. Visual presentation (Plan/elevation etc.) on A4 size papers is to be included. (10) An affidavit regarding non involvement in the litigation/arbitration and never black listed. (11) Proof of valid registration with PCATP/PEC. (12)  -Performance ceritifcate4 from the clients of the above required projects may also be attached.

There is no bar on the firms to apply for both the works. It may opt for one job only. The application giving above information should reach the undersigned not later than 15 days from the date of this advertisement. QAU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without giving any reason therefore.
