EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

National Logistics Corporation ("NLC") is a financially independent multidimensional organization, employing more than 8500 professionals. It is Pakistan's largest freight handler and a major player in the Construction Industry. NLC has now entered into a new ere of becoming a modern world class logistic service provider, a modern construction company and a real estate developer.

To finance its ever growing financial requirements, NLC intends to appoint reputable financial  institution for advising and arranging a bond / TFCs issue of PKR 12 billion.

National Logistics Cell is inviting EOI for financial advisory services from local and international financial institutions or consortium of Financial institutions with proven with record of carrying out such assignments.

The proposal for advisory services should cover the following information in detail.

Credentials of advising and arranging transactions of similar nature.

Time lines of various activities.

Terms and conditions / legal formalities for the issuance of bond TFCs.

Break-up of related costs for related costs for transaction.

Last date for submission of EOI for advisory services is August 10, 2007. NLC retains the right to accept or reject any EOI at its discretion.
