Manager Call Centre
The candidate must have a Master's Degree preferably MBA.
The job entails achieving/monitoring daily service targets, team management
operational planning, situational & pressure handling, high customer
satisfaction focus with quality services. Candidate must have 4-5 relevant years
of experience.
CMPak Vacancies
Regional Manager COPS
The candidate will be responsible for
managing the quality customer services at franchise networks along with managing
the COPS activities through back end system support. The ideal candidate must
have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing the operations. Experience
of working with a telecom operator will be preferred. MBA from a reputable
University is mandatory.
