HIRING SERVICES OF EPC CONTRACTOR FOR DESIGN, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM(s) FOR STORAGE TANKS, UNDERGROUND PIPELINE NETWORK OF PROCESSING PLANTS AND WATER DISPOSAL WELL CASING OF QADIRPUR FIELD 

Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), the largest Exploration and product ion listed Company of Pakistan intends to hire Services of EPC Contractor for design, Installation & commissioning of Cathodic Protection System(s) for storage tanks. Underground Pipeline network of Processing Plants and Water Disposal Well Casing of Qadirpur gas field.

Sealed bids in duplicate are invited against the following Tender Enquiry under two envelope bidding procedure from those companies who are capable of providing the services of EPC Contractor for Design, Installation & Commissioning of Cathodic Protection System(s) for Storage tanks, Underground Pipeline Network of Processing Plants and Water Disposal Well Casing. Tender documents can be obtained on written request from the Procurement Representative at the reception of OGDCL, Head Office, Islamabad on any working day from 1000 Hours (PST) to 1200 Hours (PST) enclosing a Pay Order/Bank Draft (non-refundable) in favour of Oil & Gas Development Company limited, for an amount of Rs.500/- for each tender. firms/Companies of other cites may send their request along with P.O/D.D to GM (SCM) for dispatch of tender Documents through mail/courier.

Bids of only those bidders shall be entertained in Whose name tender Documents have been purchased directly or through a local agent, therefore copies of Tender Document should be purchased according to the number of Principals.

Technical portion of the bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond/bank guarantee from a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan for an amount of US$ 10,000.00 or equivalent in Pakistan Rupees as specified in the Tender Document.

The bids will be received at the reception of OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan till 1030 hours (PST) on the date mentioned against above tender enquiry and will be opened publicly at 1100 Hours (PST) on the due date in the presence of bidder's representatives who may choose to attend the Tender Opening Meeting. The date of opening of the financial bids will be communicated to the technically qualified bidders later, on the completion of Technical Evaluation.
