For Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Master Planning of District & Tehsil Headquarters in Azad Kashmir

Chief Engineer Central Design Office invites Technical and Financial Proposals from reputed consultants registered with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planning (PCATP) for the consultancy services regarding the Preparation of Master Planning of District & Tehsil Headquarters in Azad Kashmir.

2. Proposal complete in all respects in all  respects should the undersigned on or before September 08,2007, at all Address mentioned as below.

3. The consultants shall pay visit for preparation of Technical and Financial Proposals.

4. Complete list of projects along -with their location and TOR for consultancy services can be obtained from this office in working hours latest by August 30, 2007.

5. Bio Data of Firms:

Complete bio data of the firm / organization, which should include the following details with soft copy of PDF format:

• Name, address, phone / fax number and E-mail address
• Registration / accreditation with relevant agencies and local / foreign associations.
• Yearly turnover of the firm for last three years.
• Structure of company
• List of present staff with addresses and proof of employment.
• Experience of firm.
• List of available staff with relevant experience.
• Detail list of owned / rental survey equipment
• Detail of already completed works of similar nature.
• Financial statement (Bank Statement, balance sheet, audit report for last 3 years)
• Facilities available (office, software, and hardware, record keeping)
• Affidavit on stamp paper duly attested by First Class Magistrate that the firm has neither been black listed nor any contract nor any contract rescinded in the past for not fulfillment of contractual obligation. The statement referred also to include the certification that the statement is correct and correct and nothing has been kept hidden intentionally

Chief Engineer Central Design Office reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning reason.
