PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTOR

Applications are invited from reputable, well experienced and financially sound firm/contractors for the work "Providing/Fabrication/Errection of MS steel structure emergency stair for 12 storey ZTBL Head Office Main building, Islamabad" (155 feet high approx).

The application firm must furnish the following information:-

1. Name, address, telephone numbers and email address.

2. Constitution of the contractor/firm.

3. Proof of registration with Government agencies/Autonomous organization.

4. Proof of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.

5. Details of specialized experience of the contractor/firm for execution of such projects.

6. Detail of works in hand.

7. Performance certificate from the respective clients for the completed work executed during the past five years.

8. List of Technical staff along with their Bio-Data and undertaking to the effect that they are their regular employees.

9. List of machinery/equipment owned by the contractor/firm.

10. Proof towards financial soundness of the contractor/firm.

11. Particular of arbitration/Litigation entered into with the results.

12. Attested copy of Income Tax for the last three years.

13. The firms/contractor providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information's are liable to legal action/disqualification.

14. The pre-qualification questionnaire may be obtained from VP(BM&OE), GSD, ZTBL Head Office,  Islamabad on any working day against a payment of Rs.250/-(non-refundable)

15. Application for pre-qualification duly completed and supported with documentary evidence should be submitted in sealed envelope of the address given below latest by 06-09-2007

16. ZTBL reserves the gigot to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason's thereof.
