Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad endeavors to provide world class services to the citizens and stake holders of capital city of Islamabad. To achieve these goals CDA Islamabad has recognized Resource Management Information System.

CDA is Interested in acquiring the Services of a renowned international organization in the field of Management Information System lining of the Financial Accounts and HR department with the help of their proposed solution.

International Firms / Companies are invited to send in their Expression of interest (EOI) latest by 1st October 2007. Companies must submit the following information along with their Expression of Interest (EOI)

i. Brief introduction of the company.

ii. Relevant experience in project of same nature or relevant sectors i.e. public sector development programs with particular reference to public sector in other governments.

iii. Name and details of authorized company representatives.

iv. CVs of Personnel likely to be engaged on this tasks should it be awarded

v. Detailed information of Software system.

a) Demonstration material

b) Deployment Capabilities

c) Demo Software version of the Information System

d) Product guidelines (if any)

e) Customization Details

CDA will issue a detailed Request for Proposal to the companies that have been short listed where it has been found that the above submitted information is complete in all respects CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the experience of interest (EOI).
