Pre-Qualification of Contractors

Construction of Muslim Aid PIMA Hospital Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project

Applications are invited from reputable, well experienced and financially sound Contractors / firm for the construction of Hospital building at Mansehra (main city). Relevant contractors are required to furnish the following details in their applications for prequalification.

Tender documents will be issued to the short listed contractors.

• Full name, address of the registered office with telephone/fax numbers and office receiving the official correspondence.

• Registration with Pakistan engineering council or any other Govt, designated Agency / organization.

• Particulars of registration with government, semi govt, and autonomous bodies showing year of establishment.

• List of Technical staff and company owned building construction Machinery/Equipment (particularly steel shuttering) etc.

• Detailed of building works carried out during the last 5 years, particularly detail of any health (Hospitals) projects completed, and list of under completion projects.

• List and cost of projects in hand, indicating name of client and scope of work.

• Proof of financial stability/position/bank statement.

• Income Tax certificate for last three years, NTN, with sales tax department.

• Affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted.

• Any further information, which is considered necessary about the firm, may be obtained.

Only pre-qualified firms will be invited for bidding. Muslim Aid Trust Pakistan reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason (s) thereof.

Applications should reach the undersigned latest by September 15th, 2007
