Expression of Interest (EOI)

For Document Management & Archiving Solution

N.L.C plans to Implement a Document Management and Archiving Solution to secure its historical date and implement an online approval system integrated with our Lotus Notes environment. We invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from well established / reputable implementation of this system. Parties must have extensive prior experience of deployment of similar solutions within an IBM server and tools environment.

EOIs received will be evaluated by NLC. NLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. After evaluation of EOI, NLC will short-list interested parties and inform accordingly.

EOIs are to be submitted in sealed envelops to GM Administration, National Logistics Corporation, HQ NLC, GHQ - Rawalpindi. All EOIs must be received by 1200 hours on 17 September 2007.
