SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for providing quality desktop and server management, monitoring and services to users and staff by ensuring all IT system are operational at all times.

BRIEF:

The candidates for its position must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced challenging team environment, a self-starter who needs minimal supervision, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The candidates must also have the ability to adapt to changes in technology, policies, and procedures, and must be a team player with the ability to interact with others.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 4 years college degree in an IT related discipline required. MCSE2K / 2K3 would be a preference.
• 3-5 years experience System Administration of Microsoft server based environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of windows Server 2000 / 2003, Window 2000/XP
• Advanced knowledge of internet information Services, Proxy Services
• Advanced knowledge of Security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
• Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
• Excellent English communication Skills.
• Be able to communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
