E-Systems Equipment - Tender

Sealed tenders invited for supply of the following equipment.

A. Equipment for E-Monitoring and E-Management Research Centre.

B. Computer Equipment

Terms & Conditions

1. The firm must be GST registered or in case of exemption, proof should accompany the quote.

2. Quotation should be valid for minimum 90 days and the sealed envelope should be marked with "Tender opening date and time".

3. Warranty conditions should be distinctively and elaborately mentioned in the quotation for each item and sub-item.

4. Tender documents may be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) through Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Comdit College of E&ME Rawalpindi on 10 September 2007.

5. Quotations are to be submitted by 26 September 2007 at 1000 hours and tender will be opened at 1030 hours.

6. Delivery of stores will be made to College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Rawalpindi, within 8 weeks of receipt of formal order.

7. Payment will be made through cheque after deduction of 3.5% and 6% of Income Tax, on receipt, inspection and acceptance of stores is accordance with the ordered specifications. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes to be payable by supplier, which will be deducted at the time of final payment.

8. President Local Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the entire tender without assigning any reason.

9. Earnest money (refundable) 2% of the full value of items will be deposited with quotation.

10. Firms should have proof of providing un0interrupted after sale service/support.
