Electrical Engineering Department Laboratory Equipment

Sealed tenders (separate for each laboratory) are invited under two bid system (Technical & Price Bid) from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors/agents on the prescribed form for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning equipment of the following Labs.

a. Electric Machine Laboratory

b. Electronic and Communication Laboratory

Instructions:

1. The tender documents containing detailed specification and terms & conditions can be collected personally during working hours from the Registrar's Office, Bahria University, Islamabad on payment of Rs. 100 (non-refundable).

2. The tender bids complete in all respect must reach the following address by 1300 hours on 17 September 2007. The technical bids shall be opened at 1300 hours on 18 September 2007 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who may wish to be present. The date and time of opening of price bid shall be intimated later to those bidders who qualified technically.

3. Bahria University reserves the right to accept or reject all or any other the bids without assigning any reason.

4. Postal delay will be the responsibility of the holder.
