Request for proposals for development energy efficiency standards

ENERCON, the NATIONAL energy conservation centre, with assistance of GTZ (German Technical Cooperation) intends to undertake a comprehensive study to recommend energy efficiency standards for selected appliances. The task will involve review of existing standards, and benchmarking of regional and international standards, etc. before making specific recommendations for Pakistan.

Proposals are invited from qualified and reputable consulting firms/institutions with technical background and having sufficient experience on the subject to carry out the study within stipulated time frame. The parties interested in conducting the services (TOR)  from the address below or from ENERCON web site at http://www.enercon.gov.pk

The representatives of the prospective bidders are welcome to attend a pre-bid meeting on September 13,2007 at 11:00 am in ENERCON Building.

The proposals in accordance with guidelines contained in the TOR should reach the undersigned not later than 3:00 p.m. on September 29,2007.
