The Technology, park is envisioned to be the nucleus for all ICT

companies in the region.

Companies of International repute having a proven track record of designing,

establishing, operating and management of International industrial Zones and Technology parks, are invited to submit pre-qualification Documents comprising the following:

I.  Brief introduction of the organization / consortia

II. Experience relevant to industrial parks and technology parks (specifying the exact role in project).

Organization must have experience of completing at least TWO (2) such type of projects during

last five (5) years.

III. Name, detail and CVs of authorized company representatives, identifying lead partner in

case of consortium and their details.

IV. Details of technical capabilities of the company.

V.  Financial soundness of the company (Audited Financial Statements etc.)

VI. An understanding and approach of the design ,establishment, operation and management

of the project.

VII. Detailed Net worth of the projects undertaken during last five (5) years.

Note: Organizations / Consortia that have already applied for the project need only send a letter

of intent indicating their desire to participate in the project, agreeing to the conditions mentioned above.

CDA shall issue detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to short-listed firms, CDA

reserve the right to accept or reject any all of the applications, and any decision in this regard shall

be final.
