Applications are invited for pre-qualification of firms for the Renovations/ Refurbishment & Interior Design with Space Planning of its Offices Eligible Companies / Firms who have successfully complete similar works are requested to express their interest along with the following information:

a) Relevant experience and past performance

b) Capabilities with respect to personnel, equipment and plant.

c) Financial position

d) Appropriate managerial capability.

e) Proof of valid registration / enlistment with Govt / Semi Govt. department.

f) Detail of similar projects in hard with proof (work order must be attached)

g) Name of the firm, postal address and telephone numbers, e-mail address and name of the key person.

h) NTN and Income tax deduction certificates for the last three years

i) List of litigation if any

J) Affidavit that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt / Semi Govt Organization.

k) Attested copies of sales tax returns for last three year.

The firm(s) / contractor(s) should send their applications to the undersigned within 15 days after the appearance of this advertisement. Incomplete application will not be considered and Central Directorate of National Savings, Islamabad reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. If at any stage concealment / distortion of facts is detected it would be sufficient cause to reject the pre-qualification. The firm would be pre-qualified on the basic of highest score with reference to the information at para-1, above. Seventy percent (70%) evaluation shall be made on technical proposals whereas 30% would be made on financial proposals.
