Selected tender are invited for purchase of Off-the-shelf-library software (OSLS) and other open source software etc. from well reputed firms / suppliers / authorized dealers duly registered with the Sales Tax / Income Tax Department on the terms and condition given below.

1. The library software must include the features listed in the checklist open source software and other items listed in the tender document which may be obtained on payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) up to 24-09-2007 form the office of the undersigned and submission of bids on  25-09-2007 up to 11:30am and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the proceeding.

2. No tender document will be sold on the date of receipt of bids.

3. The PMRC reserves the right to alter any specification / quantity and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

4. Tender rates should be valid up to three months.

5. Late /incomplete receipt of tender will neither be accept nor entertained.
