INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF DATABASE / MIS DEVELOPMENT FIRMS

Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) intends to hire the Services of a Database / MIS firm which responsible to develop Software for processing the data collected through Targeted Vulnerability Survey (TVS) in earthquake affected areas by ERRA under its Social Protection Strategy. EOIs are invited from the interested firms with requisite expertise for the pre-qualification. Detailed TORs may be downloaded from the website: www.erra.gov.pk

2. The interested firms may apply with following information:

• Name and Address of the Firm / Consortium with details of contact person(s)
• Organizational strength in terms of qualification and core  competence of the staff relation to the TORs
• Legal status under the applicable law.
• Experience in the relevant field, i.e. Management Information System and Data Management for the last 5 years.
• A portfolio including reputed clients with renowned projects to their credits.
• Financial status - annual turn over for the last 3 years.

3. The proposals (six sets) addressed to Director (Procurement), Room No. 207-D, ERRA, Prime Minister's Secretariat (Public), Islamabad. must reach the undersigned within 15 days of this advertisement.

4. Only short listed Firms will be invited for Technical and Financial Proposals.
