OFFICE ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED

Ministry of Kashmir Affaris & Northern Areas intends to hire premises suitable for established its Project Office in Islamabad (preferably near Pak Secretariat) as per following details:

(a) Covered area ranging between 2800 sq. ft to 3000 sq.ft.

(b) Suitable Car parking facility

(c) 4 to 5 rooms with at least two Bath Rooms

(d) Premises should have separate utility meters.

The partitioning of halls / rooms (if required) shall be done according to the requirement of Ministry by the owner at his own cost.

Interested parties / owners of the premises may send their sealed bids containing complete details of accommodation, rent per sq.ft. to the undersigned by 11:00 hour on 27th September, 2007 which will be opened the same day at 11:30am.
