Hardware / Software TENDER

NADRA requires to purchase IBM and Cisco Hardware / Software with three years comprehensive warranty and on-site support from partners (Tier 1 & 2 ) of IBM and Cisco on the mentioned terms and conditions. Detailed BOQ of the equipment can be obtained from the office during working hours.

Terms and Conditions

1. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason.

2. The firm should be authorized partner (Tier 1 & 2) of IBM & Cisco and shall have to provide manufacture's certificate alongwith tender documents.

3. The firm should have sales tax registration number.

4. The rates quoted should remain valid for at least six months.

5. Incom tax shall be deducted at source.

6. Tender documents alongwith detailed BOQ / specifications of the equipment can be collected from the office at a cost of Rs.500/- (non-refundable).

7. 2% earnest money of the quoted amount will be deposited along with Quotation/Bid in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay order in favour of "HQ NADRA Islamabad.

8. Tender will be deposited by 1045 hours on 1st October, 2007 and will be opened on the same day at 1145 hours.

9. The end of life equipment will not be quoted / accepted.
