For HIRING Services of CERTIFICATION BODIES / REGISTRARS

for the third party certification audits of Health, Environment, salary & Quality Management systems Against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 For UKAS-ANAR-DAR Accreditation Marks and third party Compliance Audit of Laboratory Management Systems Against ISO 17025:2005

OIL & GAS Development Company Limited (OGOCL), the largest E&P Company in Pakistan, is planning for certifications for its various establishments containing exploration sites, field, plants, laboratories and training facilities Veteran Certification Bodies / Registrars with relevant international experience in conducting Third Party Certification Audit of Health, Environment, Safety & Quality Management  Systems against ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 and Third party Compliance Audit of Laboratory Management System against ISO 17025:2005 are invited to audit various elements of our E&P life cycle:

Certification Bodies/Registrars will be short listed based on the following technical aspects, primarily.

1.Experience in conducting Third Party Certification and Surveillance Audit of the management systems for the following independent/integrated models for sector schemes:

1. Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2000)

2. Laboratory Management Systems (ISO 17025:2005)

3. Environmental Management Systems(ISO 14001:2004)

Occupational Health and Safely Management Systems (OHSAS 18001 1999)

2. Listed of Client-Certifications that brought Laurels.

3.Details and valid evidence of international accreditations and Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (LAF) Membership.

4.Portfolio, specificity and credibility of the Auditors and Sector / Domain Experts - both employees and sub-contractors.

5.Audit methodology including work breakdown structure to be opted during audits, for the oil and gas related sites and facilities.

Those interested are requested to obtain Bid document / Application Form (HSEQ-005)on written request from the Procurement Representative at the reception of OGDC Ltd. Head Office, Islamabad on any working day on or before October 11, 2007 from Hours (PST) to 1200Hours (PST) enclosing a Pay Order / bank Draft (non-refundable) in favour of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited for an amount of Rs. 500/- for each Bid Document / Application Form. Firm Document Application Form through mail / courier. The applications along with details of the above -mentioned technical aspects, valid evidence of financial strength and  duly attested copies relevant accreditations and registration should reach OCTOBER 23, 2007 at the office of:
