CDM Construction Inc, is pre-qualifying contractor for contraction of high schools and primary health clinics. These facilities will be predominantly located throughout Bagh and Mansehra Districts of AJK and NWFP and are part of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Recovery Program funded by the UNITED States Agency for International Development (USAID). This program is expected to span over a period of approximately 5 years.

The contracts will be packaged in small to medium size clusters of facilities and will be awarded on a staggered basis as planning and design for these facilities is completed. It is expected that during the year 2007-2008, approximately 30 schools, 15 health facilities will be contracted out for construction.

Contractors interested in the bidding for construction contracts must demonstrate a solid technical and financial capability and a proven track record of successful and timely completion of such projects, Interested contractor can submit their request to collect "Pre-Qualification Questionnaire" by emailing at tufailm@cdm.com

Contractor who have previously submitted their prequalification documents except any new information they deem relevant to program.

Duty filled pre-qualification questionnaire along with relevant information shall be submitted to CDM not later than September 24, 2007.
