Multifunctional Prequalification

PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited having telecommunication network and their offices all over the country desires to standardize / refurbish their various Customer Services Centres  (One Stop Shop) include the civil work air-conditioning and provision of furniture etc is required so that Customer Services Centres (One Stop Shop) shall present the true picture of modern limited Company in the Corporate Sector.

2. Applications are required for the purpose of Pre-qualification from well-reputed Consultants / Interior Design / Architects / Architects / Architectural Firms having sound financial background, rich Local & International experience in the relevant field especially in the Corporate Sector.

3. Consultants / Interior Design / Architectural Firms which have undertaken interior / external designed assignments on TURN-KEY basic are required to send in their portfolios including:

i) Photographs of such executed project

ii) List of Major Clients

iii) Letter of Recommendation from the Client 

iv) List of Key Employees with qualification and experience, details of staff with their qualification.

v) Complete Bio-data of firm, which should include name, address, phone numbers / fax numbers etc.

vi) Proof of registration with PCATP or IAP (Institute of Architects of Pakistan)

vii) No PTCL employee or his blood relation is allowed to participate in the pre-qualification. An affidavit (on stamp paper) in this respect duly attested is required in original

viii) Income Tax number / Income Tax statement of previous year

ix) An affidavit on stamp paper duly attested by the Oath Commissioner to the effect that the firm has neither been blacklisted nor there is any litigation against the firm

x) Details of works of the same nature carried out in the past especially in the Corporate Sector.

4. Application complete in all respect should reach the undersigned on or before 28th September 2007 in a sealed cover should clearly be marked "PRE-QUALIFICATION OF ARCHITECTS"

5. PTCL reserves the right to accept or reject any all the applications without assigning any reasons.
