Wedding halls in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority invites proposals from interested parties for construction and operation of three wedding halls on BOT basis in Islamabad. Details of these sites are as under:

Site No. 1: Site measures 100'x200' in Markaz 1-8

Site No. 2: Site measures 120'x220' in Markaz G- 11

Site No.3: Site measures 100'x150' in Markaz G- 9

Terms of reference are available from the office of the undersigned. Proposals should reach the undersigned by 4 October 2007. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
