Capital Development Authority invites proposals from interested parties construction of Multi-storey Car Parking on Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) basic. Details of these sites are as under:
Site No.1 : Site measuring 300'x170' is situated on east of Plots No. 17 &18 Blue Area F-6/G-6
Site No.2 : Site measuring 300x170' is suitable on east of Plots No. 26&27 Blue Area F-7/G-7
Site No.3 : Site measuring 400'x170' is suitable on west of Plots No. 64 & 65 Blue Area F-7/G-7
Site No.4:  Site measuring 185'x280' is suitable on west of Islamabad Court Complex, G-10/1 Mauve Area.
Terms of reference are available from the Office of the undersigned. Proposal should reach the undersigned by 4 October, 2007. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
