PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

FOR ENGAGEMENT ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL CONSULTING FIRMS FOR REPLACEMENT/UP-GRADUATION OF LIFTS INSTALLED AT ZTBL HEAD OFFICE, MAIN BUILDING, ISLAMABAD

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited intends to pre qualify the reputed and experienced consulting firms having experience and knowledge of designing, operation and installation of elevators/lifts in multistorey building in order to evaluate/assess the present condition existing lifts installed at  ZTBL Head Office building with the possibility of their rehabilitation, up-gradation or their replacement with appropriate make and model commensurate with the needs of the building.

The Electrical and & Mechanical Consulting Firms may provide following information with documentary proof.

a. Name, Address and Telephone Number.

b. Original Structure of the Firm with their registered official address.

c. List of similar projects (Designing/installation/rehabilitation / of lifts in multistorey buildings) executed /completed or in hand during last five years fully supported with the satisfactory performance /progress certificate for these works by all such Department/ Client.

d. List of qualified Technical and Supervisory Staff along with their bio-data.

e. Certificate to the effect that Electrical and Mechanical Consulting firm are not involved litigation with any Government Department/ Semi Government/Autonomous Body.

f. Financial Status with Bank reference.

g. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.

The firms who meet the criteria mentioned above submit their prequalification documents to reach the office of the SVP (GSD), Room No. 503, Main Building ZTBL, Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad by 11.10.2007. Application received after the due date shall not be entertained. The eligible firms shall be notified accordingly.

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
