Qualification: Master's in Biological Sciences coupled with management qualification preferably MBA.

Skills: Must have good Written & Verbal Communication Staff Management . MIS Programme , Quality Assurance , Financial Management ,Decision Marketing, Problem Solving . Lab , ISO JICA and other external quality systems.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar nature job.

Brief Job Responsibilities:
1) To maintain uncompromising quality standard of pathology Laboratory
2) Mentor the Team Development Teaching & Training
3) Interactions with patients / attendants  and solving problems of their complaints.
4) Implement best practice and process improvement.
5) Facilities to meet the budget, Resources and timeline.
6) Actively involve in developing and validating of analytical methods.
7) Ensure the availability of test list to look for alternatives if required.
8) Checking and monitoring QC and QA program
9) Ideation and design in order to acquire state of the art technology for pathology test.
10) Check and review standard operating procedure as required.
11) The candidates should be able to manage laboratory services in accordance with the best quality practices.
