Expression of Interest

In Pakistan, UNOPS is implementing a project funded by  the European Commission and UNDP which aims to support immediate and mid-term livelihood recovery of the vulnerable populations in the areas affected by the October 8, 2005 earthquake. In order to assess the environmental impact and to develop appropriate plans and strategies to mitigate or reduce environmental effects as a result of deforestation and other effect of the earthquake in the Tehsils of Muzaffarabad (AJK) and Balakot (NWFP). UNOPS is inviting EOI from qualified Consultancy and necessary, Preference will be given to local companies. The EOI than 16 October 2007.
