HEC ACCOUNTS AUDIT - PREQUALIFICATION

Pre-Qualification of Firms for Audit of Higher Education Commission Accounts

Applications are invited for pre-qualification from reputed Chartered Accountant firms who are well versed with the Government and International Accounting / Auditing standards:

The Firms should fulfill the following criteria:

• Satisfactory QCR as per ICAP's latest review.
• Minimum five (5) qualified partners of the CA firm.
• Minimum ten (10) years incorporation period in Pakistan.
• Minimum net of firm's permanent offices especially in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar.
• Public sector audit experience for a minimum of three (3) years.
• Foreign affiliation, if any.

The interested firms are requested to send their detailed profiles including list of the organizations whose audit has been conducted by them during last five years.

Necessary information as stated above along with letter of interested should reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of the advertisement. Short listed firms will be asked for a presentation on their proposal. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason.
