DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM WEBSITE

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department intends to develop, design and launch its own website. For this purpose tenders are required from the reputed registered "IT Firms" having experience in relevant along with description areas of expertise, development tools and details regarding previously accompanied projects.
The interested Firms are required to submit their tenders along with following documents:
i) Registered name of firm & address along with related registration documents and latest renewal letter.
ii) Articles of Association / Memorandum of Association of the Firm.
iii) List of Hard-Core Experts and qualified personnel with complete Bio-data.
iv) Detail of project in complete in Five years with documentary proof.
v)  List of projects in hand having estimated cost name of clients and scope of work.
vi) Proof of strong financial position along with income tax certificates of last Five years.
vii) Affidavit that Firm was never black-listed.
viii) List of litigation cases if any.

• Applications must be delivered to the address below up to 20th October 2007, either by courier services or in person. The tenders will be open on the same day at 12:00 pm in the office of the undersigned.
• The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
• Unsealed applications or those received via Fax/ Email shall not be accepted.
