Job Description:

• Preparation of User Manuals, Training Manuals, Installation Manuals, Operation Manuals, Troubleshooting Guide, Online Help (Web Help, Java Help, Win Help), Release Description Documents and Online Tutorials.
• Coordinate with Project Lead and team to gather information.
• Update and maintain Product Documentation.
• Handle Changing requirements in given tight timelines.
• Collect and incorporate review feedback for the deliverables.
• Learn new products through products use, knowledge sessions and reading system specifications.
• Interpret technical information to business information.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Software documentation experience.
• Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
• Well versed with MS Office tools, RoboHelp, SnagIT & Visio, Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, client / server architecture, application servers and its technologies will be an advantage.
• Ability to deliver documentation on tight schedule in a fast paced environment.
