HVAC WORK TENDER

A public sector organization invites tenders from its pre-qualified contractors for HVAC work at one of our project at Islamabad.

The tender documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned against a cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Non-refundable). The tenders duly supported with 2% earnest money in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order of the total quoted cost shall only be accepted in the name of Dy. Chief Accounts Officer. The tender shall be received at 1030 hours on 26.10.2007 and shall be opened at 1130 hours respectively on the same date in the presence of the bidders of their authorized representatives. No tender will be issued/sold on the tender opening date.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason there of.
