Commercial Plots Auction

Public Auction of Commercial Plots
Sector G-15, Khayaban-e-Kashmir , Islamabad.

1. Public Auction of Commercial Plots Khayaban-e-Kashmir , Sector G- 15/, Islamabad of Jammu & Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society will be held on 20th & 21tst Oct 2007 at 10 AM  in community centre sector G-15. Islamabad in which plots of Markaz and mini market are included.

2. Auction is open for all Pakistan nationals Whether they are living in Pakistan or abroad. Companies / Firms and Pakistan Registered Societies are also eligible to participate in the Auction under prevailing laws.

3. Participate persons will have to submit Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lac only) in form of Pay Order/ Demand  Draft as Token per plot for markaz and Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) for mini market along with a copy of National Identity Card (NADRA) in the office of the Society.

4. Auction Committee reserves  the right to accept / reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.

5. Auction Committee reserves the right to disqualify any bidder, remove/ alter the above mentioned criteria and also amend the terms & conditions at the time Auction.

6. The acceptance of maximum bid from the Auction Committee depends upon the approval of Care Taker Committee.

7. Successful bidder will have to submit 25% of total bid amount within 2 days after the acceptance of the bid and adjustment of token. Failing to this will result in rejection of the bid and taken money will be forfeited .

8. Further information are given in the Brochure which can be obtained from the office of the Society at Community Center, G-15, Islamabad and from Bank Alfalah, Islamic Banking , Redco Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad on payment of Rs. 500 (Five hundred only) per copy. Brochures will also be available on 21st & 22nd Oct 2007 at the place of Auction.
