Hydropower Generating Units - Quotations

Azad Jammu & Kashmir Hydro Electronic Board Muzaffarabad

Sealed quotations are invited from recognized firms having their own fabrication and assembling facilities for supply, installation testing and commissioning of hydro power generating units as per following description.

1. One complete set of frame mounted turbo-generating unit of 100 KW (head 36 m, discharge 0.4 m/s) comprising of X-Flow turbine, hydraulic governing system, flywheels, drive shaft, pulleys, belt drives and tension adjusting mechanism, 30,50 Hz, self excited generator with AVR for Kel Power Station.

Last date of submission of quotations is 05-11-2007.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of Managing Director AJK Hydro Electric Board Muzaffarabad.

2. CDR @ 2% of the quoted amount in shape of pay order/Bank Draft in favour of Managing Director AJK Hydro Electric Board Muzaffarabad should be enclosed with quotation.

3. Sales tax, income tax and other taxes shall be deducted as per Government rules.

4. The competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons.
