Annual General Body Meeting

Annual General Body Meeting is being held at CBRECHS Site Phase-1, B-Block, Lohibher Islamabad on Friday, 09-11-2007 at 10:00 a.m. Agenda of AGM are as under:

1. Recitation of Holy Quran.
2. Opening Address by the Caretaker.
3. Presentation on the year working of care taker committee.
4. Approval of Minutes of Last AGM-2006.
5. Approval of Audit / Accounts 2006-2007.
6. Approval of appointment of staff exceeding Rs. 8000/- if any.
7. Approval of Policy for shifting members from Phase-II to Phase 1 and Phase-1 to Phase-II.
8. Approval of Policy for Non Payer members.
9. Approval of Policy for Phase-II (Extension) membership.
10. Ratification of various agreements
11. Approval of policy to acquire 1000 k encroached land in Phase-1.
12. Any other ancillary matter presented in the meeting.
