REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL PROPOSALS

Finance Division is undertaking Third Party Evaluation of the Project to Improve Financial Reporting and Auditing (PIFRA-I) . The project was implemented from 20th March ,1996 to         31st May 2005 with a cost of Rs. 2118.018 million. It was sponsored by Ministry of Finance and executed by Office of the Auditor General of Pakistan and Controller General of Accounts.

Financial and Technical Proposal for Third Party Evaluation of PIFRA-I are invited from reputed and registered Consultancy/ Chartered Accountancy Firms having strong IT and accounting / auditing expertise / experience. The proposals should reach the undersigned in two separate envelopes clearly marked as Technical Proposals and Financial Proposal by                                  21st November, 2007 (Wednesday). Draft of 05% of the bid amount as security in favour of DDO, Finance Division , Islamabad may also be enclosed with the Financial Proposal do not secure minimum qualifying score will be returned their Financial Proposals unopened.
