Outsourcing Of Monthly - Yaran-e-Watan

Inviting Tenders

OPF intends to outsource its Urdu monthly magazine Yaran-e-Watan publishing since 1981, Tenders are invited for magazine's administrative rights (preparation, printing and distribution from financially strong and independent publishers according to the following details.

• Publisher will have to publish and distribute the magazine with the same title "Yaran-e-Watan".

• Publisher will have to publish 5-10 pages of OPF advertisement/policy material in each publication free of cost.

• Publisher will be responsible for preparation/collection of material, printing and distribution.

• Publisher will bear all expenses pertaining to the production of magazine.

• Publisher must have well aware of problems/issues of Overseas Pakistanis to make "Yaran-e-Watan" the representative of Overseas Pakistanis. An office in Europe, America, England or Middle East will be considered an extra qualification.

• Yaran-e-Watan has accreditation of Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC).

• Publisher will have the right to receive all income through Government & Private advertisement published in the magazine.

• Publisher will have to get approval from OPF Authority prior printing of each publication.

• Publisher will be responsible to receive subscription fee and to distribute magazine abroad to the foreign subscribers.

• OPF will be bound to buy 300 copies each month.

• The declaration and postal registration of the magazine area in OPF name, therefore, a one year contract will be signed between OPF & Publisher, which will be extendable with mutual satisfaction of both the parties.

• Sealed tenders must reach to the undersigned within 15 days after publication of this advertisement up to 11:00 am and will be opened on same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders.

• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
