Proposals for Master Trainers for
Training of Health Committee in 10 Villages of Tehsil Oghi

BACKGROUND: World Vision (WV) is an international relief and development organization dedicated in helping  children and their communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty in Pakistan since 2001. After the earthquake that struck Pakistan on     October 08, 2005, WV stepped up its intervention to assist with the relief efforts. With the focus now shifting from relief to recovery, WV has also realigned their priorities towards more integrated , transitional recovery initiatives.

TIMELINE: The period of consultation will commence on November 08, 2007 and terminate on December 20, 2007 with the completion of all of the agreed upon deliverables.

Objective: World Vision Pakistan needs services of a consultant to train village Health Committees functional in 10 Villages of Tahsil Oghi.

a) To provide a team of 20 Master trainers (10 male and female)

b) TO deliver MCH module to Health Committees functional in 10 villages intervened by WVP.

c) Organize 60 training sessions for Health Committees in 10 Villages.

Proposals address at WVP office after the closing date will not be considered in the selection process. The proposal should Cleary state the applicants past experience in similar work, work plan and detailed budget.
