The Project comprises basement & ground plus one storey. Total covered area is approximately 2,250 sq. Yds.

Applications duly supported with the following information/documents must reach the undersigned within 15-days of the date of this notice in the press.

Full name of the firm, permanent address, telephone No., Fax No., and the e-mail address of the Head Office and any branch office in Islamabad.
Organizational setup, Memorandum & Article of Association/Registration, Partnership Deed and the date of Establishment of the firm etc. (including copies of relevant documents).
List of Technical/Non-Technical staff employed by the firm with name, qualifications and work experience.
Name of similar projects already executed/inhand alongwith their nature, magnitude and period of completion, fully supported with the satisfactory performance/progress certificates for these works by all such Departments/client.
Proof of financial standing duly supported with documentary proof/bank certificates, balance sheet, annual accounts etc.
Proof of registration with Income Tax Department alongwith certificates of up to date payments of Income Tax, Assessment Orders etc.
Certificates of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as C-3 or above category contractor and other Government/Semi Government Departments.
List of construction plant & machinery in working order available with the contractor/Firm required for execution of such type of works.
An affidavit that the Contractor/Firm has not been in litigation/black listed by any Client/Government/Semi Government Department/Autonomous Body.
