INVITATION OF BIDS

Invitation for offers of commercial Plots / Buildings for NBP Branches at the following locations of Islamabad.

1) F-8 MARKAZ
2) Aabpara Market

National Bank of Pakistan intends to purchase prominently located commercial plot / building measuring about 3000 to 4000 square feet, at F-8 Markaz & Aabpara Markaz Islamabad, free from all encumbrances.

Owners of such Plots/ Buildings may drop in their offers along with copies of complete documents of plot / building offered in sealed envelopes, at the office of undersigned latest by 11:00 AM. On 20.11.2007. The offers will be opened by the Procurement Committee , NBP, FEDC Region, Islamabad , on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders, who wish to be present.

The Bank will not pay any commission to any Estate Agency , if any Estate Agency participate in the process.
The Bank reserves the right to reject all the offers without assigning any reason.
